Launching IEEE AAU STUDENT BRANCH at Amman Arab University
With the patronage of Professor Mohammad Al-Widyan, President of Amman Arab University, and the attendance of several faculty members, the university launched the IEEE AAU-BRANCH on Sunday, 22/12/2024.
In his speech during the event, Dr. Mousa Al-Akhras, Director of IEEE Jordan Section, highlighted the importance of this branch in supporting students’ academic progress. He noted that the branch initially had only two student members, but this number has now grown to 78.
This branch represents a pioneering step in fostering innovation among students by offering workshops, training courses, and global events that enhance their skills and prepare them for the job market.
IEEE invites all students to join the branch and seize the unique opportunities it provides to advance their academic and professional careers.
